HiFi Kits: Rockettes
Growing up, one of my favorite holiday traditions was seeing the Rockettes—but maybe not how you think. In the mid-90s to early 2000s, the Rockettes had an annual residency in Branson, MO. Only about 45 mins from where I grew up, traveling to see the Christmas show made for a magical evening. Fast forward to college in New York, and I joined my cousins in their annual tradition to see the show at Radio City. The perfectly synchronized kick lines and the sparkle of the costumes, were better than ever. I wanted to capture a little bit of the joy of those holiday memories when I opted to stitch this Radio City Rockettes canvas on 18 mesh. This was a perfect chance to lean into beads and sparkle, with a little bit of the basics mixed in. If this canvas is on your wish list, I’m sharing a full thread list with all my recommendations to make kitting easy in this post.
